DESCRIPTION:Fort Bliss get ready\, because the biggest and best event is right around the corner!\n\n\nSEPT. 24 IS FAMILY DAY // OPEN 11AM-4PM \nSunday\, Sept. 24 is Family Fun Day\, open to all ages! Tickets are open for purchase at $5 per person\, ages 3 and older. There will be inflatables for kids to enjoy and food trucks galore! Stop by the merch tent to purchase fun little items to celebrate Oktoberfest! \nThere will be live entertainment all three days by Terry Cavanagh and the Alpine Express and performances by Fort Bliss’ very own\, German Air Force Schuhplattler Dancers! \nTraditional German beer\, delicious food\, snacks and souvenirs will be available for purchase. Oktoberfest is open to Fort Bliss and the El Paso community. \nDon’t forget to get a Community Access Pass before the weekend of the event! If you do not have a DoD or military ID card\, be sure to get a Community Access Pass. \nIMPORTANT: Please DO NOT wait until the day of the event to obtain your Community Access Pass\, get yours today! Those waiting until the day of the event will experience long lines and may face delayed entrance to the event. Community Access Passes are good for up to 3 years so you can join us for other great events coming up. \nNO REFUNDS unless the event is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control\, If WE cancel the event\, everyone will receive a full refund in a timely manner. \nVisitor Control Centers (VCC). Buffalo Soldier VCC is open 24 hours a day\, 7 days a week. Chaffee VCC is open Monday – Friday 5 a.m. – 9 p.m.
