Chabad Lubavitch of El Paso is organizing its first public Hanukkah menorah lighting event for this year on Thursday, December 7 at 5:00pm to herald in the holiday by lighting its giant outdoor Menorah at the Chabad Lubavitch Center for Jewish Life (6516 Escondido Drive). City Representative Brian Kennedy will join the ceremony by lighting the tallest “Shamash” candle.
