DONA ANA REZONING MEETING

The Dona Ana Planning and Zoning will consider a Zone Change right along the Texas New Mexico Stateline.
Residents in the one-mile radius are very concerned about this Special Use Permit to operate a Cannabis Consumption Lounge and Cultivation
this is statistically placed right at the border to attract Texas residents to the Location.
There was no consideration of the Impact this will have for on the Residential in all the surrounding areas. The Roads Borderland, Westside Drive, Gato and Especially Gardner Rd will be severely impacted. The Safety and Health of the Residents is at stake here.
Meetings have been organized. the lack of visible signs from the County has prompted residents to make their own signs.
Residents will be holding a second meeting Thursday March 6th 2025 at 5PM at 1224 Gardner Rd (Residents Home)
