An Enchanted Christmas

For over 50 years, the Junior League of El Paso, Inc. (JLEP) has ushered in the holiday season with its beloved annual event, A Christmas Fair—a festive event that blends tradition, elegance, and purpose into one magical weekend. Held each October/November, A Christmas Fair is one of El Paso’s most anticipated seasonal celebrations and one of the longest-running holiday markets in the region, drawing thousands of attendees from across the Southwest. The 2025 Christmas Fair will be “An Enchanted Christmas,” spearheaded by “A Christmas Fair“ Chair, Dahlia Garcia. 

“A Christmas Fair” began in 1974 as a modest holiday market and has blossomed into a multi-day extravaganza featuring boutique shopping, handcrafted goods, gourmet treats, live entertainment, and festive experiences for families and friends. For many, it’s become a cherished holiday homecoming—a place where generations reunite to celebrate the spirit of the season. 

Under a canopy of twinkling lights and the comforting aroma of cinnamon and evergreen, the venue will transform into a winter wonderland. Shoppers may browse curated vendors offering unique gifts, while children delight in photos with Santa and engaging holiday crafts. Signature events like the Thursday VIP night for a night of sophisticated shopping or Saturday kids parties with Santa giving guests multiple ways to experience the magic. 

Proceeds from this event directly support the Junior League of El Paso’s mission: to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

“A Christmas Fair” is Junior League of El Paso’s largest fundraiser for impactful projects that address pressing local needs—from promoting children’s health and combating food insecurity, to supporting mental health initiatives and promoting physical education across El Paso.

Every vendor who participates, every ticket purchased, and every sponsorship secured helps fuel the League’s ability to invest back into our community. It is a powerful testament to what can happen when women unite with purpose, passion, and the spirit of holiday cheer. 

“A Christmas Fair” isn’t just an event—it’s a celebration of community, compassion, and the enduring power of women-led service.
