12th Annual Border Latch

This 2024 marks the 12th Anniversary of the Binational Breastfeeding Coalition (BBC) “ Border Latch Celebration” where lactating individuals gather together to give their children the best nutrition and offer peer support to each other.  Joined by loved ones: family, friends and the community that show their support and commitment to normalize breastfeeding.  This event is conducted in other places in  the world in Celebration of World Breastfeeding Week.

BBC  will continue the tradition of  conducting this event Binationally both on the Mexican and US side in Ciudad Juarez and El Paso

The Border Latch, in El Paso, Texas will take place on Friday August 3 2024 at The Jenna Welch & Laura Bush, El Paso Public Library at El Paso Community College located at 6701 S Desert Blvd, El Paso, TX 79932. The Event will be scheduled to begin at 9:00am and the countdown will be at 10:30am.
