Ghosts, goblins, and goodies galore! Get your little ones ready for a FREE Spooktacular Ride & Treat at 10 am on Saturday, Oct. 26. Join the fun on the Upper Loop when the Streetcar, El Paso Public Libraries, other City departments and local mascots team up for no tricks and all treats! Costumes and treat bags encouraged. Boarding for this event starts on Streetcar 1511 at the Glory Road Stop, at N Oregon and Glory Road.
